Painting & decorating of the inside and outside of all 3 units. External steel cladding, door frames and windows were jet washed off, bare
metal was primed, and two coats of steel cladding paint applied.
In the warehouse areas, all blockwork walls were cleaned down and two coats
of emulsion paint were applied. Floors were then painted with coats of two pack
epoxy floor paint with hazard warning lines.
All existing offices were made good and new partions were tape &
jointed and were painted as per the builders & architecs
specification.
These works were carried out whilst Remotec carried on trading from these
premises with no disruption to staff.
